Mariah is a native of Aberdeen, South Dakota. Having aspired from a young age to become an attorney.
Mariah attended the University of South Dakota to follow her passion for the legal profession and by working with City Attorney James E. McCulloch while obtaining her undergraduate and law degrees (2015 and 2018, respectively).
Mariah has been licensed since 2018 and was Law Clerk for the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court of South Dakota.
Bloom Law Office opened its doors in Rapid City, South Dakota in 2021. Since Bloom Law Office has relocated to Aberdeen, South Dakota.
Mariah is a member of the South Dakota Bar Association, Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce, and is a board member for the Fifth Circuit CASA and Dakota Plains Legal Services. Mariah serves as a volunteer for Junior Achievement and BIO Girls.
